Job description
We are seeking UI/UX Designer to support a large portfolio of corporate and marketing websites and help shape a more consistent, scalable user experience across platforms.
This role will work closely with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences, supporting both legacy platforms and modern web stack. The designer will play a key role in reducing design inconsistency, speeding up delivery, and improving overall quality across dozens of corporate websites.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Interface Design:
Design user interfaces and user experiences for corporate and marketing websites
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new features and pages
Translate business and user requirements into clear, usable designs
Ensure consistency in layout, interaction patterns, and visual language
Design Systems & Standards:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared design system
Define reusable components and UI patterns in collaboration with developers
Ensure designs are scalable across multiple websites and brands
Maintain design documentation and guidelines
Collaboration & Delivery:
Work closely with frontend and full-stack developers to ensure accurate implementation
Partner with QA to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and web teams
Support redesigns, migrations, and new-stack initiatives
Quality & Accessibility:
Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards
Advocate for user-centered design best practices
Support continuous improvement of user experience across platforms
Job requirements
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design
Experience designing responsive, web-based interfaces
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and design best practices
Comfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Experience working with design systems at scale
Familiarity with CMS-driven websites (Drupal, WordPress)
Basic understanding of frontend development constraints
Experience in enterprise or multi-brand environments
