Position Summary
The Translation Project Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating multilingual projects from start to finish. They collaborate with internal teams and global vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position responsibilities
Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously
Coordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution
Collaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements
Communicate with our global network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progress
Track project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholders
Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins and financial reporting
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
Perform quality control checks at various stages (e.g. proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.)
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Job requirements
Essential skills required:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
Ability to work both independently and take initiative, while also being comfortable collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an international level
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
Desired skills and experience:
Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency
Experience in translation/localization project management
Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms
