About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team on outsource payroll. The candidate will support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and assist in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.

  • Maintain and update reports, records, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for smooth workflow.

  • Handle data entry and basic MIS reporting.

  • Respond to emails and support communication activities.

  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Support managers in assigned tasks and projects.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Job requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate holder.

  • Freshers are eligible to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Good analytical and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
