DataForce is seeking a Teleoperator to join its team in Paris. The selected candidate will contribute to high-impact projects focused on the real-time operation of robotic arms and complex robotic systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a technically advanced environment and to support the development and operation of innovative robotics solutions.
Role Summary
The Teleoperator is responsible for the real-time operation of robotic arms and systems. This role requires precision, strong coordination skills, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality robotic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Robotic Operation
Operate robotic arms to perform a variety of tasks, including repetitive operations.
Record and annotate video sessions of robotic arm usage for analysis and training purposes.
Maintain situational awareness and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
Troubleshooting & Support
Identify and resolve basic operational issues (e.g., software resets, recalibration, re-routing).
Document and report mechanical or software problems to engineering teams with clear, detailed information.
Task Execution
Execute tasks such as:
Object pickup and placement
Inspection and verification
Tele-assisted assembly, loading/unloading, or field operations
Ensure all tasks meet accuracy, quality, and safety requirements.
Documentation & Communication
Log task outcomes, anomalies, and operational metrics.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other operators.
Provide feedback to improve teleoperation workflows and robotic performance.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma preferred).
Experience with robotics, remote operation systems, gaming, or joystick-based control interfaces.
Strong hand–eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Ability to multitask across multiple camera views, sensor feeds, and UI dashboards.
Basic understanding of safety procedures in robotics or industrial environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, inspection, or autonomous systems.
Familiarity with robotic platforms (mobile robots, manipulators, AMRs, drones).
Basic troubleshooting skills
Prior experience in teleoperation or remote command centers.
