About the Role:

As Technical Product Manager for PDF Processing and OCR, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and refining the strategic roadmap for our PDF processing capabilities. You’ll serve as the central coordinator across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring our solutions deliver substantial business value and stay ahead of the technological curve in OCR, AI Vision, and document intelligence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for PDF processing and associated OCR solutions

• Collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features

• Proactively scouting and evaluating emerging document processing technologies, performing hands-on technical and quality validation

• Leading build-vs-buy analyses

• Aligning stakeholders around shared goals, managing competing priorities and communicating transparently across teams and the organization

• Facilitating technical testing by scripting simple automation workflows and executing API calls to evaluate different tools

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a Technical Product Manager who combines deep technical curiosity with strategic product thinking and coordination skills.

• Solid understanding of PDF conversion, optical character recognition (OCR), and AI Vision technologies, including market trends and competitive landscape

• Experience in executing API calls and conducting hands-on testing of third-party solutions

• Experience owning and prioritizing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology advances

• Skilled in stakeholder management, including balancing conflicting requirements and facilitating consensus

• Ability to create simple scripts (e.g., for automation or API testing) and translate technical evaluations into clear product decisions

• Proactive communicator, able to build strong relationships across technical and business teams

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to driving continuous product improvement

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with AI-driven document processing, computer vision applications, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Experience with product management for developer-facing APIs or platform services

• Background in the localization or document automation industry

• Hands-on experience with microservices architectures
