今回は既存顧客との関係構築を中心とする営業活動を行う Strategic Account Director を募集いたします。

Job description

【業務内容】

  • Be responsible for the management of contracts (Preferred Provider Agreements, Master Services Agreements, etc.) with clients in the dedicated territory, including leading contract review and renewal, proposal writing, projects estimates, and price negotiations

  • Schedule meetings with existing clients, and introduce clients to new technology solutions offered by the Company

  • Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, including how the Company charges, validation for turnaround time, and competitors' information

  • Be responsible for the client side of projects, including setting and communicating project details and delivery dates to Production departments

  • Liaise with Production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product

  • Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service

  • Investigate with Production any claims of poor quality or questions from clients after a translation has been completed

  • Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to, including industry leaders, current events and any other pertinent data

  • Attend Trade Shows, Conferences, Events, and Functions relating to the industry in order to develop contacts and leads

  • Utilize creative skills to improve the design and development of marketing campaigns throughout the industry

  • Implement new initiatives to further develop business in the designated verticals in the dedicated region through new mailing lists, referral programs, cold calling, presentations, extending existing Preferred Provider relationships

  • Create monthly plans and performance reports for Vice President of Sales

  • Bill completed jobs in a timely fashion

  • Aggressively pursue due and overdue unpaid revenue from clients via phone calls, letters, and other creative methods to make certain that clients pay in a timely manner

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

【年収・給与】

  • 年俸制:800~1,500万円(経験に応じて)

  • 社会保険完備

  • 交通費支給(月額上限3万円)

【労働時間および休日】

  • 月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間

  • 週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇

【契約形態】

1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行

※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。

【基本的な採用プロセス - 3~4週間】

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

  • Japanese native level speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamic

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with geographically dispersed teams

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
