On-Site Spanish–Vietnamese Interpreter – Manufacturing

We are seeking Spanish–Vietnamese Interpreters to provide on-site interpretation support at a manufacturing facility in Ben Cat, Vietnam. The interpreters will support day-to-day manufacturing operations across laboratory, warehouse, production line, and other operational areas.

This is a temporary contract opportunity running from October through December, 2026, with an urgent start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional Spanish–Vietnamese interpretation during manufacturing and operational activities.

• Support communication between Spanish- and Vietnamese-speaking employees, teams, and stakeholders.

• Provide interpretation across various plant environments, including production lines, laboratories, warehouses, and operational areas.

• Accurately interpret technical, operational, safety, and workplace-related communications.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and operational information.

• Follow all plant access, safety, security, conduct, and operational SOPs.

• Complete daily timesheets and comply with required security check-in/check-out procedures.

• Support other interpretation needs as required by the client during assigned shifts.

Schedule & Coverage

Six interpreters are required to provide coverage across three shifts per day, Monday through Friday:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM VNT

• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM VNT

• Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM VNT

The assignment is scheduled for October – December 2026.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency: CEFR B2 to native-speaker level.

• Strong Vietnamese language proficiency suitable for professional interpretation.

• Proven ability to interpret accurately in a professional or business environment.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Previous manufacturing interpretation experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to understand and communicate technical, operational, and safety-related information.

• Willingness and ability to comply with all plant safety, security, confidentiality, and conduct requirements.

• Ability to work the assigned shift consistently throughout the contract period.

• Candidates must be able to work on-site in Ben Cat, Vietnam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting manufacturing, production, laboratory, warehouse, or industrial operations.

• Experience interpreting technical or safety-related terminology.

• Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
