Role Overview
This is a multi-talented creative professional to lead our brand’s digital presence. This role combines social media strategy along with photography expertise to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Social media coordinator with more than 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the creation of projects for digital social and paid platforms, possess advanced skills in recent trends, and be comfortable working across multiple teams, including the Design team, Paid Marketing, Web Development, and Sales. We are looking for a candidate who will provide exceptional service to the company.
Description
Create ideation of engaging and visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations for all platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to grow brand awareness, sales, and followers.
Creation of assets and having hands-on experience using tools like Canva + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Manage day-to-day social media postings across multiple channels.
Stay updated with the latest social media tools, features, and trends.
Develop viral and trendy content to boost engagement.
Handle end-to-end event coverage: planning, covering pre-event teasers, live updates, and post-event highlights, shooting, and posting.
Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for maximum reach.
Collaborate with teams to align visuals and messaging with business goals.
Copywriting (captions, posts, social media copywriting) to ensure brand voice consistency.
Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all communications.
Key Responsibilities
Create and post daily/weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content based on data insights. Generate performance reports (monthly/quarterly).
Plan, coordinate, and execute event promotions (online & offline) from pre-event teasers to live coverage and post-event highlights.
Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments and then leverage video editing and motion graphics skills for timely and impactful posting.

Requirements
Proven experience in professional social media handling. (minimum 3–4 years, preferably in an MNC or agency setting).
Portfolio of work (graphics, videos, campaigns) is a must.
Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Photography and video shooting capabilities, along with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut) and graphic design knowledge.
Knowledge of current digital marketing and viral content trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Must be able to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of photography and videography (shooting & editing).
Experience in event coverage and live social media engagement
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with SEO, paid promotions, and analytics tracking is a plus point.
