Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Payroll Processors/Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

o     Process and coordinate payroll and related procedures with high accuracy

o     Apply in-depth knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plans

o     Maintain and update HRMS master data, with a focus on non-financial data integrity

o     Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and TDS

o     Conduct thorough reconciliation between Paybooks application outputs and input data

o     Perform variance analysis to ensure payroll accuracy

o     Manage annual compliance reporting for salary-related statutory requirements

o     Address and resolve employee queries promptly and effectively

o     Review and approve changes in employee records, including exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and departmental transfers

o     Compile comprehensive reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages

o     MBA in Human Resources or bachelor’s degree in commerce

o     Experience levels: 2+ to 5 years

o     Experience levels Sr executive 5 + years

o     Sr Executive- 3 years of experience in technical support

o     Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support with domestic clients

o     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o     Strong client relationship management abilities

o     Comprehensive knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domains

o     High degree of patience and problem-solving skills

o     Proficiency in MS Excel

o     Ability to perform under pressure during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end)

o  Should develop in-depth product knowledge to do product fitment gap analysis between client’s requirement and product features and functionalities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
