Salesforce Administrator | Cape Town

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day system support, maintain CRM hygiene, and manage user requests. This role supports marketing, sales, and operations teams across business units and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user setup, field configurations, permission sets, and record types.

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and system flows.

• Support campaign execution and list uploads.

• Monitor data quality and run bulk updates as needed.

• Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce support requests.

• 3–6+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

• Proficient with Salesforce Lightning and standard CRM objects.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process documentation skills.

• Understanding of roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

• Experience coordinating with developers on escalated issues.
