Position Summary:
The Revisions Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing client feedback coordinating the revisions workflow of all language projects from start to finish. They collaborate with internal Production and Quality teams, focusing on analyzing post-delivery feedback and redelivering files according to client expectations and industry standards, tracking revision data to support Quality Improvement initiatives.

Position responsibilities:
Manage the entire revision workflows for multiple projects simultaneously from feedback receipt to resolution, ensuring smooth and timely execution, driving client satisfaction
Analyze client feedback or edits on projects we deliver to identify and understand the nature of doubts raised (for example objective vs. stylistic)
Coordinate all the project phases with internal and external vendors and ensure timely delivery of revised content
Monitor and control projects status, preparing and maintaining project documentation
Tracking and document all revision cases to identify trends and support quality metrics and reporting
Communicate professionally with Sales teams to clarify client expectations and report on the revision outcomes
Provide clear, constructive feedback to Linguists while maintaining excellent relationships with them
Work closely with Project Managers to understand original project context and requirements and provide them with constructive feedback and assistance
Manage project finances, including budgeting
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Job requirements
Essential skills required:
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment
Ability to work both independently and take initiative, while also being comfortable collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an international level
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
Desired skills and experience:
Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency
Experience in translation/localization project management
Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms
