Role Summary
The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for driving and evaluating the performance of the recruitment team to attract, select, and onboard high-quality candidates for AI Data Solutions projects. This role ensures that recruitment operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with project needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in global high-volume recruitment, remote workforce management, and a deep understanding of crowdsourcing dynamics. This position reports directly to the Global Sourcing Manager and plays a key leadership role in executing hiring strategies
Role Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to lead, coordinate, and monitor recruitment team performance across multiple projects.
· Set and manage expectations for hiring projects, while actively sourcing and coordinating with internal teams, candidates, and leadership.
· Prepare content for job advertisements, training materials, and recruitment process documentation.
· Data analysis, tracking and strategy development to reach project targets
· Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
· Managing team capacity and forecasting future hiring needs
· Preparing material for presentations regarding sourcing insights for internal and external customers
· Utilize crowdsourcing platforms, social media, online communities, and other innovative channels to identify potential candidates
· Developing ways to bring ideas to execution
· Promptly resolving issues, working across teams
· Support and backup for the Sourcing Manager
· Providing mentorship, guidance, and career development feedback to a motivated team of recruiters
· Lead onboarding process for newcomers and act as a point of contact for all recruitment process
· Other role related duties as assigned by Sourcing Manager and Director, dependent on program growth
Job requirements
Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proven experience in leading recruitment teams or projects in AI, data, or crowdsourcing domains.
· Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
· Excellent skills in coordination, resource planning and estimation
· Tech savvy; proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly comfortable with online platforms
· Highly organized and able to handle tight deadlines
· Self-motivated; able to follow directions, multi-task, and work independently
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Proactive; able to flag possible risks in the completion of the assignments and identify solutions
· Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures
· Sense of humor and positive attitude
Role Requirements – Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's or master's degree
· Minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience in Recruitment/Sourcing/Talent Acquisition
· Expertise in sourcing for crowd sourcing/AI Data Solutions related projects
· Minimum 2 year of prior experience in coordinating a team
· Expertise in sourcing via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok) and digital marketing
