The receptionist is responsible for professionally welcoming and assisting visitors, candidates, and clients, and guiding them as needed. While providing support to the team on various tasks.
Job description
Greet visitors, Ensure compliance with visitor/guest sign-in. Accompany visitors (when needed) to their POC
Keep the reception area neat and clean, notify employees in the event of special deliveries
Sort post on a daily basis, place the post in the designated mail area, managing courier pick-up and deliveries, overnight services, etc. Assist with shipping and receiving
Keep track of visitors
Act as a back up when the Operations Administrator/Coordinator/Manager is out/unavailable
Run off-site errands
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Work on-site from our London office 5 days per week
