The receptionist is responsible for professionally welcoming and assisting visitors, candidates, and clients, and guiding them as needed. While providing support to the team on various tasks.

Job description

  • Greet visitors, Ensure compliance with visitor/guest sign-in. Accompany visitors (when needed) to their POC

  • Keep the reception area neat and clean, notify employees in the event of special deliveries

  • Sort post on a daily basis, place the post in the designated mail area, managing courier pick-up and deliveries, overnight services, etc. Assist with shipping and receiving

  • Keep track of visitors

  • Act as a back up when the Operations Administrator/Coordinator/Manager is out/unavailable

  • Run off-site errands

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

  • Work on-site from our London office 5 days per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

  • 6 months of reception experience

  • Microsoft excel experience

  • AI tools management experience

  • Good telephone skills
