Job description
The Receptionist will be in charge of scheduling recording sessions, following up on documentation that needs signing and tasks related to internal organization of the company.
DESCRIPTION
Schedule recording sessions according to directors’ and voice talents’ availability.
Communicate through the correct channels with in-house team, directors’ and voice talents’.
Compile and send clear instructions to directors’ and vendors.
Compile signatures for projects.
Update internal trackers, and inform about any changes or updates made.
Register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Be able to lead and coordinate with both in-house team, and vendors.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of dubbing industry is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience on a related position.

Computer savvy.
Excel proficiency.
Scheduling experience.
