Job description

Overview

As the Product Marketing Lead for TransPerfect’s GlobalLink platform, you will own and drive the strategic direction, positioning, and go-to-market success of the company’s flagship suite of localization and content automation technologies. In this role, you will lead messaging across the entire GlobalLink portfolio, mentor and support a team of product marketers, and serve as the primary connector between product, sales, and marketing.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will balance platform-level positioning with executional responsibilities, oversee campaign performance, and establish repeatable systems that help scale product marketing effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and evolve the core messaging and positioning for the GlobalLink platform and its associated products.

  • Develop best practices, templates, and frameworks for product storytelling, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution.

  • Serve as the strategic product marketing advisor to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

  • Influence product roadmaps through competitive insights, customer feedback, and market research.

Platform and Campaign Ownership

  • Own go-to-market strategies for major GlobalLink launches and initiatives.

  • Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and execution.

  • Oversee and optimize platform-wide campaigns, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks and drive pipeline impact.

  • Collaborate with demand generation to develop campaign inputs, segment strategies, and measurement plans.

Messaging, Content, and Enablement

  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for buyers across industries.

  • Create and manage sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, ROI calculators, and competitive tools.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across digital channels, sales conversations, content, and field activities.

  • Align content with persona-specific goals, search behavior, and the stages of the buyer journey.

Market Intelligence and Differentiation

  • Conduct market research, persona development, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for positioning and growth.

  • Stay current on competitive threats and emerging trends in localization, content automation, and adjacent spaces.

  • Refine differentiation points and arm the sales team with strategic battlecards and objection-handling guidance.

Mentorship and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coach and mentor junior product marketers aligned to GlobalLink products or vertical initiatives.

  • Promote alignment between vertical and horizontal product marketing through shared processes and standards.

  • Maintain internal knowledge repositories and frameworks to support knowledge transfer and cross-functional clarity.

Why This Role Matters

GlobalLink is used by more of the world’s leading companies than any other localization platform. As the Product Marketing Lead, you will shape the voice, positioning, and performance of our most strategic offering, while building and enabling the systems that allow our product marketing efforts to scale. You’ll have a direct hand in driving growth, influencing product strategy, and elevating how we connect with global enterprise buyers.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, including 2+ years in a strategic or team leadership role.

  • Proven experience owning go-to-market plans and messaging for enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of localization technology, content operations, or martech platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and influence product adoption through coordinated campaigns.

  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder sales cycles and creating content that moves enterprise buyers forward.

  • Skilled in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, and enablement platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp ability to translate complexity into clarity.
