Job Responsibilities 

• Define success metrics and drive product roadmap. 

• Build market insight, customer empathy and prepare PRDs. 

• Conduct product discovery workshops and collaborate with UX team. 

• Groom user stories and partner with engineering team to deliver product iteratively. 

• Give product demos, prepare product collaterals, and manage stakeholders. 

• Mentor and hire team members. 

Job Requirements 

• Relevant experience of 5+yrs. 

• Prepared PRDs and managed its delivery. 

• Knowledge of enterprise HCM products preferred. 

• Familiar with cloud ecosystem and API products. 

• Worked in agile development environment. 

• Aware of Domain Driven Design. 

• Engineering background is a plus.
