Job description
Project Managers are the main point of contact for clients, vendors and partners.
Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for onboarding new projects, overseeing them, and getting them quickly completed at the highest quality for clients, all while being extremely organized with attention to detail and charm.
You have experience in the media & entertainment industries. You have worked with OTT, and quality assurance within a high-paced environment, are comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, managing the workflow of multiple projects, during all stages of production. You will need solid technical skills and a good understanding of studio business and content lifecycle management.
Our Project Managers work very closely with our clients, and on occasion, you may be required to work onsite with a client for a period of time. You are therefore, the consummate professional, comfortable working in varying environments and managing multiple personalities and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Communicate with clients, vendors, operations, etc. on a daily basis to ensure you are exceeding expectations
Manage and track project milestones for end-to-end product deployment
Potential to manage multiple workflows, including Digital Media, UHD/BD 3D/BD/DVD/ authoring, localization, and more…
Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing of products, assets, etc. from studios and partners
Create and deliver status reports for projects on a continual basis
Provide excellent customer-service with a positive attitude when interfacing with clients
Regularly prioritize multiple tasks of competing importance
Establish a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs
Liaise between external and internal teams
Familiarity with invoicing, budgeting and billing
Job requirements
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have a passion for film, television, and a deep understanding of localization, dubbing & subtitling production processes, workflows, and more.
You will have 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically as a Project Manager guiding multiple projects within digital media services, digital distribution, QC/QA workflows and digital and analog media workflows.
You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with both technical and non-technical individuals. You are a detail oriented individual, with outstanding organizational abilities, able to multitask and manage your time appropriately. You have the ability to work independently, whilst collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
You are passionate about customer experiences and customer service excellence with a deep sense of urgency and the ability to plan complex projects in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
You are a collaborative thinker, a problem solver, creative and innovative, with the ability to think out of the box. You are familiar with working with spreadsheets, databases, project management software, and file-sharing services - experience with Agile workflows and products a plus.
