Position Summary: The main focus of this internship is sales and business development focused on the Life Sciences industry and requires a person with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude in outbound sales with the possibility of a permanent role upon completion.

Key position responsibilities:

  • Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and new business

  • Identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities

  • Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect services

  • Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, trade shows and direct marketing

  • Promote TransPerfect by educating clients on the company’s various services

  • Present TransPerfect solutions via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetings

  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations

  • Communicate professionally at all levels of seniority

Essential experience required:

  • Ability to complete a 6 month full-time internship

  • Available for a permanent role after successful completion of the internship

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role

  • Problem solving mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Minimum conversational level Danish

  • Ongoing legal right to work in Denmark

  • Most importantly a proactive and 'can-do' attitude
