Job description
Description
TransPerfect Legal’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking a full-time Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement based in London, Barcelona, Chicago, or Raleigh. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and run the day-to-day marketing engine—owning intake, prioritization and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery of sales enablement and marketing requests. It will also be responsible for managing and improving the processes and workflows that enable the team to scale.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized marketer with 5+ years of experience, who combines strong project management and stakeholder management with hands-on marketing execution. You are comfortable partnering directly with senior sales leaders, product teams, and SMEs, translating inbound requests into clear briefs and timelines, and drafting first-pass copy/content (in collaboration with SMEs) before routing materials through TransPerfect Legal’s proofing and design processes. This is a highly collaborative role that will help increase speed, quality, and visibility across Legal marketing.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Sales Enablement
Partner with senior Sales and Product stakeholders to identify priority enablement needs tied to current growth initiatives and solutions focus
Lead delivery of core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences), ensuring assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned to agreed messaging
Own enablement governance: maintain a central repository with clear version control, naming conventions, and a refresh/retirement cadence so content is easy to find and stays current
Audience Engagement
Coordinate marketing execution for priority audience engagement motions (educational and product-focused webinars and targeted outreach campaigns)
Manage program timelines and stakeholder inputs (speaker/SME intake, approvals, promotional asset coordination, post-program follow-up alignment), ensuring quality control and deadlines are met
Draft and/or refine first-pass copy for engagement assets as needed in collaboration with SMEs
Lead Tracking & Monitoring
Partner with Sales Ops/CRM stakeholders to ensure leads from engagement activity are captured, routed, and followed up on consistently
Monitor lead flow and status, making sure leads aren’t stuck unassigned, ignored, or incorrectly marked
Maintain clear visibility for stakeholders through lightweight dashboards/trackers and recurring updates
Marketing Operations and Admin
Own the day-to-day operating cadence for Legal marketing, including intake, prioritization/triage, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound Legal marketing and enablement requests, clarifying scope, gathering requirements, assigning owners, and driving work through to completion
Maintain a transparent workboard (Monday.com) with clear priorities, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and workload visibility
Proactively identify capacity constraints, risks, and bottlenecks, escalating early with recommended options/trade-offs
Reporting & Performance
Track and report on a focused set of operational and performance KPIs (request volume, turn-around-time, on-time delivery; program engagement, lead volume and quality, etc.)
Run periodic retrospectives to improve workflows, cross-functional handoffs, and overall speed/quality of delivery
Ensure work and assets are well-documented and discoverable to support continuity across the team
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, sales enablement, and/or campaign/program execution
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and attention to detail (workbacks, dependency management, approvals)
Excellent writing and communication skills; comfortable drafting/refining first-pass copy and incorporating SME feedback
Familiarity with marketing workflow tools like Monday.com and CRM systems like Salesforce
Strong judgment and prioritization skills; able to manage trade-offs and push back when needed
Comfort working across teams and with senior stakeholders
