Job description
The HRIS Manager sits within the Human Resources department and works closely with the IT, Payroll, and Finance/Accounting departments on a regular basis. He/she is responsible for overseeing the company’s HRIS. As an integral part of the Human Resources department, the HRIS Manager provides comprehensive administration of the HRIS that support HR data, onboarding, and training. This position is responsible for HR related data, company wide metrics and reports, and ensuring all systems are running without issues.

Responsibilities:
Regularly audit all information saved in HRIS to ensure data accuracy, including but not limited to employee data, salaries, paid time off policies, FLSA exemptions, business processes and active integrations.
Run regular and ad-hoc reports of headcount/turnover, HR, benefits, payroll and compensation information
Compile compensation reports of employee salaries to assist with developing a budget for annual increases and audit compensation information on a regular basis
Troubleshoot systems and ensure that data is accurately captured across each system
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them with root causes
Research and resolve integration issues between the HRIS and other platforms as necessary. Ensuring that all system data feeds are accurate, operational and meet the business needs of the company
Train users on how to use systems and provide global technical support
Research and evaluate new systems based on requirements that the company can utilize. Review costs and benefits of introducing new systems.
Implement new systems that are acquired and provide maintenance
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor
Managing and supporting the junior HRIS team members.
Required skills:
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
Working knowledge with HRIS
Problem solving and analytical skills
Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
Required experience:
Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources concentration
Desired skills and experience:
3 years of experience working with HRIS Software (Workday)
