Summary
The HRIS Administrator is part of the Human Resources department and works closely with the Human Resources department on a regular basis. The job holder will provide HRIS support, assist with generating headcount reports, and liaise with the wider international HR teams on day-to-day HRIS related queries.
Description
Assist with pre-onboarding, onboarding functions for all new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate HRIS data entry.
Supporting and managing the Help workspace with queries, being the first point of contact.
Creating generic reports for ad hoc requests.
Design and distribute monthly, quarterly, year-end and ad hoc reports
Develop and execute audit queries for HRIS data integrity
Act as liaison with local HR teams
Managing our internal SharePoint with in-house guides for HRIS and HR and other initiatives.
Create and conduct in-house HRIS training programs and materials that will educate users with HRIS functionality
Supporting across all modules on across the system.
Supporting with updates to business process and responsible to test the functionality.
Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements
Perform other special projects or duties when required
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
1-2 years experience in HRIS
Proficient in Excel
Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies are vital
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge with HRIS e.g. ADP, Paybooks or Workday
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
Knowledge of ADP or Workday
Knowledge of Report writing tools
