HR Generalist

Semantix offers you a broad HR Generalist role where you are an important and natural part of both strategic discussions and the operational HR work with the aim of contributing to business development. In this role you would provide HR support to our employees in Sweden and also support when needed to Nordic region and managers in different cities and countries.
Your overall responsibilities:
Support leaders with HR related matters.
Be responsible for the payroll process and systems, contact person to outsourced payroll.
Be responsible for the systematic work environment cycle and the Swedish health and safety committee.
Union collaboration according to Semantix collective bargaining agreement (Tjänstemannaavtalet).
Perform risk assessments and union negotiations with local representatives.
Manage projects within HR, both on local and group level, e.g. our Nordic HR integration project.
Work with HR Manager on e.g. salary review and equal pay survey.
Support culture development and continuously implement the Semantix way.
Recruitment e.g. publish ads, conduct interviews, collaborate with recruitment partners, write contracts etc.
On- and offboarding.
Maintain and develop guidelines, instructions and processes.
Maintain HR systems and ensure the adequacy of HR data.
HR reporting and other HR administrative tasks.
You report to Semantix HR Manager in Stockholm, Sweden, and are part of Semantix HR team with colleagues in the Nordics and Croatia. You also belong to TransPerfect’s large, international HR team. As a person, we see that you are confident and independent in your role as HR Generalist. You are thorough and structured in your work and used to international collaboration. You have experience of most parts in the HR area. We believe that you are driven, unpretentious and flexible. You are good at driving processes forward and are not afraid to come up with ideas and to influence managers and employees. Influencing and developing processes comes naturally to you and you do it in an independent and professional way.
We believe you have:
About 3-5 years’ experience in broad HR work.
An academic education in HR or equivalent.
Full working proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge in Swedish labour law.
Experience from union collaboration.
Experience from white collar workers’ collective bargaining agreements is an advantage.
Experience from an international organization is a great advantage.

The position is full-time and located at our office in Stockholm Östermalm.
The position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover expected to be from June 2026 to July 2027.
