Job description
【業務内容】
Be responsible for all aspect of the HR operational tasks and employment life-cycle from onboarding new hires to process leavers in offices in Japan and international locations
Conduct new hires orientation and be responsible for timely onboarding of new hires in Japan and international locations
Be responsible for leavers process and timely communication with external payroll and benefits vendors
Manage employees’ leave and attendance and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payroll
Be on the HR mailing distribution list and the first point of HR contact to support employees’ queries
Assist in employees’ relocations and international transfers processes
Advise and administrate maternity, parental and paternity leave of absence
Assist in immigration and work permit visa applications
Assist with audits for HR compliance purposes
Keep employee’s data on the HRIS up-to-date and accurate
Provide assistance to the HR team and employees with the HRIS
Maintain and organize both soft and hard employee files
Support employee relations cases in Japan and international locations
Provide support and assistance in international HR projects
Perform HR administration and operational support to the HR Departments in different locations
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor

【年収・給与】
年俸制:基本給400-500万円+ボーナス
社会保険完備
交通費支給(月額上限3万円)
【労働時間および休日】
月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇
【契約形態】
1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行
※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。

Job requirements
【必須スキル】
Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills
General knowledge and understanding of employment law
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
Working knowledge with a HRIS
Problem solving and analytical skills
Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
【必須経験】
Minimum 1-year Human Resources experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources concentration
【あるとよい経験】
2 years of direct Human Resources experience
Prior experience of working with HRIS Software
