We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is suited for someone with solid hands-on experience who is able to take ownership of projects across the marketing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute a wide variety of design projects that include branding & identity, marketing & sales collateral, digital & web assets, events & trade show materials, internal communications, and print & production

  • Maintain and evolve brand visual standards across divisions under the TransPerfect umbrella

  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects, handle rounds of review, iterate, and drive toward final approval

  • Liaise daily with marketing account managers and brand leads globally, providing creative direction, feedback, and execution to meet business and marketing goals

  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and global market adaptation

  • Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and creative strategy sessions

  • Stay current on design trends, best practices, and tools; propose new techniques or design tools/processes to improve efficiency

  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas that push the brand forward and elevate the company’s visual identity

  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and related tools

  • Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva for quick-turn or template-based projects

  • Strong sensibility for layout, color, typography, visual hierarchy, and design consistency

  • Experience balancing quality design with time constraints and business needs

  • Ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational & project management skills
