The GenAI Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for integrating Generative AI into all aspects of the organization’s digital content marketing activities, including both external (customer-facing) initiatives and internal (operational) processes. This role leads the adoption, development, and customization of AI-powered tools to enhance marketing performance. With expertise both in digital marketing and Generative AI, the strategist implements solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing systems, maximizing efficiency across all digital platforms.

  • Lead the integration of Generative AI into digital marketing processes, driving efficiency and personalization.

  • Responsible for the delivery of human and AI content solutions ranging from copywriting, content planning, creation, strategy, research & analytics processes

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize performance and automate key marketing operations.

  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI technology integration into existing systems.

  • Stay updated with the evolving AI landscape, implementing best approaches to marketing challenges.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to teams on AI tools and strategies, fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess AI's impact on marketing activities, ensuring measurable value.

  • Take a leading role for the on-going training, mentoring and expansion of regional TransPerfect Digital AI champions, as well as helping to ensure that external vendors talent pools maintain scalability and pace with the solutions.

  • Digital Marketing Background: Demonstrated ability to build strategies and create impactful, data-driven content that resonates with the target audience across all digital channels.

  • Expertise in Generative AI: Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their practical applications across various digital processes. Proficiency in major Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, and Gemini is essential for driving innovation and efficiency. In addition, support the product development and adoption of TransPerfect’s own proprietary AI solutions

  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to leverage human plus AI-driven insights to innovate and develop solutions for operational challenges, continually improving processes and identifying new opportunities for AI integration.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT and data science, to integrate AI solutions into organizational workflows. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensuring smooth adoption.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing AI-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that AI technologies are implemented seamlessly within existing systems while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying informed on the latest developments in AI technologies and digital innovations, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and approaches to maintain a competitive edge in technology-driven environments.

  

Required experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in these areas is preferred.

  • Experience in roles that involve AI or Digital Marketing strategy, preferably in a technology-driven environment. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Generative AI technologies and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, and Gemini.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in the successful adoption of AI tools, managing both technical and operational challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.

  • Experience applying AI to B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) digital strategies, helping to optimize personalized experiences for a wide range of customer interactions.
