What You Will Be Doing:

• Support Director FP&A in all associated functions (reporting on actuals, quarterly reporting, and annual budget), including maintaining various financial models.

• Assist with month end close by providing standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis.

• Prepare monthly variance analysis and explanations in conjunction with the accounting team.

• Prepare and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports to internal customers throughout the company.

• Prepare quarterly external financial reporting by generating financial statements, creating detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary, and drafting compliance certificate.

• Assist in preparing the global budget inclusive of communication with all stakeholders, financial modeling, and external submissions.

• Assist with annual audit and special financial analysis and modeling projects.

• Assist with financial due diligence and post-transaction integration on M&A deals.

• Assist with finance technology implementation and process improvements to enhance reporting, enable analysis, and drive automation.

• Other duties as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting/reporting/budgeting experience in public accounting, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or other strategic finance role

• Must be proficient in Excel (Index / Match, V-Lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)

• Must be comfortable working with and managing large data sets – including extraction and merges from source systems, transformation, manipulation into summary level and trend reporting – and providing preliminary descriptive analytics

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to clearly and concisely present ideas both verbally and in writing

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Knowledge of SQL queries or Excel macros/VBA a big plus

• Experience building and maintaining financial models helpful

• Familiarity with creating and modeling financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
