Dutch Language Trainer

Position details 

TransPerfect is currently looking for a Dutch language trainer in Amsterdam (or nearby area), to join our team of language professionals. As a Dutch language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds. 

Responsibilities 

Main Objectives 

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training 

• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs 

• Assess language levels 

• Create language content 

• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high 

• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course 

• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles 

• Take part in TransPerfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training 

Education and Experience 

• Native or native proficiency in Dutch

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching Dutch

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment 

• Knowledge of a second language (English)
