OVERVIEW

The Content & Story Lead will own TransPerfect's narrative — crafting compelling stories that position the brand, drive thought leadership, and connect with audiences across every touchpoint. This role goes beyond writing — it's about shaping the voice of the company through scripts, case studies, executive positioning, and brand storytelling that resonates and inspires action. You'll combine editorial excellence with strategic thinking to ensure every piece of content reflects TransPerfect's vision and values while driving measurable impact.
Note: This is an independent contributor role. You’ll own the complete charter — from strategy and planning to hands-on execution and delivery.

DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and own TransPerfect's brand voice, narrative framework, and storytelling guidelines across all content.

  • Create thought leadership content including executive bylines, keynote scripts, op-eds, and industry perspectives.

  • Write compelling case studies, customer stories, and success narratives that demonstrate real world impact.

  • Partner with internal experts and leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories.

  • Build and execute an editorial calendar that ensures consistent flow of high-quality content across platforms.

  • Craft scripts for videos, webinars, product demos, and event presentations that align with brand messaging.

  • Develop long-form content such as whitepapers, reports, guides, and articles that establish market authority.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business goals and campaign strategies.

  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels and formats while maintaining editorial quality standards.

  • Measure content performance through engagement metrics, audience feedback, and business impact.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably with exposure to SEO and multi-channel content distribution.
