Position Summary:
The Account Manager role is an entry-level sales position with additional marketing responsibilities. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, drive growth through upselling and relationship building, and prospect new business opportunities within the Canadian market. In addition, you will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling client case studies and marketing materials that support our initiatives focused on the newcomer segment in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand business with existing clients by identifying new opportunities and introducing additional services across TransPerfect’s portfolio
Present our solutions in a consultative manner, focused on solving business challenges for financial services clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling client case studies, blog posts, and marketing materials for
TransPerfect Financial Services Canada
Educate clients on our capabilities, including our localization technology, AI-powered tools, multicultural marketing, and digital engagement solutions
Negotiate project rates and timelines with prospective and current clients
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Stay informed on trends in banking, insurance, fintech, and multilingual customer experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A passion for relationship-building, marketing, and consultative sales
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
A genuine interest in financial services, technology, and customer experience
Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure
